Unfortunately, you can only add music from the YouTube Audio library to an already uploaded YouTube video.

2) Add Music to an Already Uploaded YouTube Video

If you like it, simply hit Save in the upper right-hand corner for your changes to take effect. Once you hit preview, you can see what your clip looks like with your changes. Simply drag it to the endpoint of the clip you’d like removed, then click preview.
