I increased my power limit to 110, clock speed +140 and memory +250. I visited this website and followed carefulyl the steps. However I've read rumors about the rev 1.0 having Samsung memory where rev 1.1 has some cheaper memory, this could be the reason I for example only reach +350 memory (my card is rev 1.1). This is of course only a temporary fix, I don't want to run my card on max voltage all the time so hopefully this will be fixed somehow.Įdit, many cards seem to be stable on as high as +150-160 core and +500 memory. Whiteout Precision X my Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 was stable on +120 core and +200 memory, with k-boost I got +155 and +350. () I was able to fix this issue by using EVGA Precision X and the k-boost feature that locks the voltage at max.

The gtx 970 seems to be having some problem with the boost feature and the voltages dropping to low compared to core speed in "low" utilization. Not necessarily caused by only to high overclock. is coz of the drivers? Is coz of the overclock program ? Do i have to increase besides the clock and memory speed th eVotage maybe? Any help appreciated it Is because of the overclock? my temperatures are pretty low. I have Gigabyte Gtx 970 G1 gaming as well and after i read this topic i OC with msi afterburner my Gpu +150 clock speed and 200 memory but the problem is when im playing games now like far cry 4 or Watchdogs i get gray screen, game freezes and i see an erro Display adapter stoped working or something like this.

Iam new overclocker so i dont have so much experience. I was actually watching this topic while i was wondering how to overclock my g1 gaming.
